Here are the next steps:

  1. Decide on the best management plan for you: Silver, Gold, or Partner and sign the applicable management agreement. Let us know if you have questions before you sign.
  2. Fill out the property information form at the bottom of this page.
  3. Establish a $500 reserve fund for your property. This is the maintenance fund we keep on file for the use of small maintenance issues to reduce the number of times you need to be involved in property maintenance. This reserve is fully refundable, and instructions how to set up the reserve fund are coming shortly.
  4. We will match you with a Property Manager, your personalized point of contact going forward. Your Property Manager will be reaching out within 2 business days to introduce themselves and discuss marketing your property.
  5. Within 7 business days, send your Property Manager (via email) a letter from your Homeowner’s Insurance naming Real Property Management Indianapolis Edge as “Additionally Insured” to fulfill item 18(c)  in the management agreement. Note that there will be fees incurred beyond 15 business days.
